Window Cleaning
Turns out windows are meant to be transparent, who’d have thunk it? With nearly every tool and technique at our disposal, we can help return your windows to their former glory.
Some of these tools and techniques include, but are not limited to:
- Carbon fiber deionized water fed poles: This is a system we’re able to use for several applications. After hooking up to a local water source, tap water is fed through a series of small tanks on our trailer, then fed through carbon fiber poles and brush heads. These tanks strip the water of nearly all ionization and most other dissolved solids, allowing our final rinse (after a little elbow grease and expertise have been applied) to dry spot free. No added chemicals, and environmentally friendly.
- Cleaning by hand with more traditional tools (squeegees, strippers etc.). This method is used in conjunction with biodegradable solutions (soaps). We’re highly skilled in this format, which can easily be called an art.
- Heavy equipment for those hard to reach places that require extra finesse by hand (this is common with post-construction work).
And so much more!
Window Restoration and Preservation
People can’t always change their stripes, but we can erase your window’s spots. When a simple cleaning isn’t enough, we have the know-how to restore the luster of your window’s former beauty.
The best example I can give here is also the most common: mineral damage. Often this looks like water spots, only they cannot be banished with a simple cleaning. If left to its own devices, the damage will likely grow and create significant visual, and aesthetic impairment.
To restore a window with this kind of damage requires the only harsh chemicals we operate with: a buffered hydrochloric acid, or a less aggressive option if viable, micro-abrasives. This requires a honed
After restoring the window (removing the damage), we need to preserve it. Not preserving it would be like leaving a freshly built wooden table out in the weather without a protective coating. To do this, we apply a polymer coating, which shields the window from incurring more damage. Annual reapplication is recommended to prevent the need for another restoration.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Wanna know what’s worse than paying high electricity rates? Paying to install solar panels and not getting your money’s worth. The cleaner the panel, the higher the conversion efficiency.
Due to the angles at which they sit, solar panels can quickly become soiled with various kinds of organic matter. On a similar note,
Tell your solar panels they can run, but they can’t hide.
What’s this water fed system I speak of? After hooking up to a local water source, tap water is fed through a series of small tanks on our trailer, then fed through carbon fiber poles and brush heads. These tanks strip the water of nearly all ionization and most other dissolved solids, allowing our final rinse (after a little elbow grease has been applied) to dry spot-free. No added chemicals, and environmentally friendly.
Ultrasonic Blinds Cleaning
Cleaning blinds by hand
Our ultrasonic blinds cleaning machine looks like something you’d find on a spaceship. It’s a large stainless steel machine, with a vat of treated water inside connected to various settings.
After dipping your blinds inside this water, your blinds will quickly be cleaned by ultrasonic frequencies resonating through the fluid, cleaning every nook and cranny (even the exposed mechanics of the pulley system).
