About Expert Window Cleaning
Family-owned, New River Valley born, and cleaning glass since 1978.
Our Story
Expert Window Cleaning started in 1978. It began as one man's trade and became the whole family's. Over forty-five years later, windows are still our bread and butter. That's a long time to spend perfecting something most people never think about.
We've stayed small and family-run on purpose. It keeps the quality where we want it, and us knowing our customers by name instead of by invoice number. The majority of our work comes from repeat customers and their referrals.
We take pride in the work, and we like to think it shows. On the rare day it doesn't, we come back to the scene to make it right.
A Few Things We Don't Budge On
Honesty over upselling.
We'll tell you what your glass needs and what it doesn't, even when "doesn't" is the cheaper answer for you.
Eco-friendly by default.
Biodegradable solutions, and a pure-water system that uses no chemicals at all.
Doing it right the first time.
We'd rather take the extra ten minutes than earn the callback.
Meet the Family
Paul
The Shoulders We Stand On
From humble beginnings some 50 years ago, Paul founded this skilled trade in our family, which continues to support us to this very day. He is missed dearly and appreciated with the wholeness of our hearts.
Joseph
Owner & Chief Squeegee Wrangler
The man with a plan. Joseph built Expert Window Cleaning on trust, integrity, and a passion for expert results. The friendly banter is just a bonus.
Elisabeth
Contract Mastermind
Family. We can't shake her. She keeps the contracts and spreadsheets airtight, and has an unfair talent for landing on the right call by instinct. If she says don't board that plane, you listen.
Dustin
Supervising Squeegee Wrangler
Hailing from somewhere we've never heard of in West Virginia, his positive nature, great work ethic, and can-do attitude has made him a much appreciated long-term member of the team.
Matt
Squeegee Wrangler
Our resident wild-man! Need someone to roadtrip with? Let him finish your service, then flip a coin for who buys snacks first before gassing up the vehicle and burning rubber.
George
Squeegee Wrangler
A rambling soul, George and his family recently decided to join us here in the NRV. We couldn't be happier about the decision. He's good at what he does, and not afraid to have a good time while doing it.
Questions We Get a Lot
We stand behind every job. If you spot a streak or a missed pane, tell us and we'll come make it right. Our whole reputation runs on repeat customers, so "close enough" isn't in our vocabulary.
Since 1978, and still are. Same family, same standard, same arguments. (You get it.)
All over the New River Valley and a good bit beyond it. Check the Service Area page for the full list of counties and towns, or just call and ask.
Now Let's Get Those Windows Done.
No pressure, just an honest number.
